Cancellation Policy
To change an existing appointment, please call (575) 342-1158. Vicki has a strict 48 business-hour change policy. If you call 48 business hours or more prior to your appointment, you may reschedule your appointment for a new time up to 3 months from your original appointment time, subject to availability. An appointment may be rescheduled once.
To cancel an existing appointment, please call 575-342-1158. Vicki has a strict 48 business-hour change policy. If you call and cancel 48 business hours or more prior to your appointment, you will be refunded your fee less 20%. If you cancel outside of these guidelines, the entire session fee will be forfeited.
Not being available for your appointment for any reason forfeits the appointment, any rescheduling opportunity and no refunds will be made.
